New Neighbors

On behalf of Providence Plantation Homeowners Association, welcome to your new home and to our neighborhood! This information will help you become an active and informed part of your new neighborhood.

As the Newcomers Committee Chairperson, I have put together this post for our website. It is our way of introducing you to some of the benefits of our community. I encourage you to attend the annual New Neighbor Social, held annually in February. Watch for an announcement via e-mail or snailmail.

The Homeowners Association needs your help! Our goal is to maintain the beauty and safety of our neighborhood and to continue to make it a desirable place to live. Your $80 annual dues pay for the Annual Directory, Quarterly Newsletters, maintenance of all seven entrances, and promotion of neighborhood social events and organizations. Most importantly, your dues underwrite the professional security patrols that occur on weekend evenings, nights and holidays.

Attached are several items to review and/or return:

My roots in this neighborhood are deep. Don and I purchased our lot in 1968 and built our home between 1971 and 1972. Please call me if you have questions about the neighborhood present or historical. If I don’t know the answer, I probably know whom you should call.

I’m looking forward to meeting you at the February Social.
