As adopted by the Board of Directors of the Providence Plantation Homeowners Association, Inc.
(the “Association”), it is the policy of the Association that:
- Each household in the Providence Plantation neighborhood should be a member of the Association and benefits from the services of the Association.
- The current dues for members of the Association are $80 per household each calendar year.
- Upon payment of the annual dues for a household, each resident of voting age in that house will be deemed a member of the Association if he or she so desires.
- The Association does not charge transfer fees if homes are sold after annual dues have been paid.
